Shannah Hall Franckum is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience developing, leasing, and managing commercial real estate in Massachusetts. Over her career she has been responsible for securing long-term leases for a number of businesses that continue to thrive in Cambridge and Boston, including several Japanese restaurants and businesses in the Porter Square area. Currently, Shannah Hall Franckum serves as the principal of the Cambridge Real Estate Company, a firm she founded in 2002.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Franckum served as director of retail leasing for the Hammond Real Estate Commercial Division. She previously held the positions of vice president and director of leasing for Cambridge Development and Investment Associates, where she oversaw development and leasing for the Porter Exchange Building.
Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Shannah Hall Franckum spent several years working as an office manager and researcher for a number of New York law firms and other businesses. She is an alumna of Fordham University.
